Diversity is key at Academy of Design in terms of both its students and the program options available to them. Academy of Design students are:

• Recent high-school graduates
• University graduates looking for skills-based training
• Mature students looking for a career change

Students typically are dedicated and creative artists who are highly focused on turning their raw talent into polished, industry-ready competencies.

Whatever their goals for their education, students have a variety of resources available to them, such as financial aid support, housing help, peer support and tutoring, libraries, computer facilities and career services.
